Ma appena arrivi in cima, davanti a te si apre una piana infinita di ulivi secolari, testimoni silenziosi del tempo e custodi di una tradizione antica.<\/p>\n

Abbiamo scelto questo nome perch\u00e9 qui il vento porta con s\u00e9 profumi di oro, luce e natura, trasformando ogni respiro in un\u2019esperienza sensoriale unica.<\/p>\n

Vento Dorato<\/strong> is born in Messercola, on a hill that requires effort and patience to reach: a rocky mountain road, which I prefer to travel on foot. But as soon as you reach the top, an endless plain of centuries-old olive trees opens up before you, silent witnesses of time and guardians of an ancient tradition.
\nWe chose this name because here the wind brings with it the scents of gold, light, and nature, transforming every breath into a unique sensory experience.
\nThe oil that comes from these olive trees is elegant and harmonious, with delicate notes of green apple, almond, artichoke, and a very light hint of other fruits and aromatic herbs. The bitterness and spiciness are balanced and never overpowering, while the sweetness is barely there.
